Post-Sales CTV Video with QR code

Led the adaptation of a linear 30-second L’Oréal Canada video for CTV, transforming broadcast creative into a streaming-native, interactive ad format.

Designed the CTV wrapper, QR-driven engagement layer, and motion system, and managed encoding and optimization to meet platform specs and trafficking requirements–bridging creative design with technical delivery constraints.
